Formatting options
Lead cards use Slack's Block Kit formatting for clean, readable messages. They appear as:
- Rich message blocks (not plain text)
- Clickable links for profile and post
- Collapsible sections for longer content
Filtering what is sent
Before sending to Slack, you can:
- Send individual leads (click Slack icon on lead card)
- Send all leads from a search (bulk send)
- Select specific leads to send (checkbox select, then send)
Only the leads you explicitly send go to Slack, your workspace is not flooded automatically.
Customising notifications
Currently, lead card format is standard. Future updates may include:
- Custom field selection
- Notification templates
