Sending leads to Slack in bulk

Learn how to send multiple leads to Slack at once using the bulk send feature or MCP server.

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Instead of sending leads to Slack one at a time, you can use bulk send to deliver multiple leads at once.

Send all to Slack button

After running a search, click Send all to Slack to send every lead from that search to your connected Slack channel.

This button appears:

  • In the search results area after a search completes
  • On the History page for past searches

Selective bulk send

To send specific leads rather than all:

  1. Use the checkboxes to select individual leads
  2. Click the Select All checkbox to select all visible leads
  3. Click Send to Slack to send only the selected leads

This gives you control over which leads appear in Slack.

When to use bulk send

Good for:

  • Sharing fresh search results with your team
  • Delivering a batch of leads to process together
  • Archiving leads outside of LinkDeal

Be careful with:

  • Sending hundreds of leads (may overwhelm your channel)
  • Sending unqualified leads (apply filters first)
  • Sending duplicates (check history first)

Rate limits

Slack has rate limits on incoming webhooks. If you send many leads at once, they may arrive with slight delays. This is normal and all leads will eventually appear.

MCP server bulk send

If you use the MCP server with your AI agent, the send_all_leads_to_slack tool sends all leads from a specific search.

Example prompt:

"Send all leads from my last search to Slack"

See MCP tools reference for details.

Best practices

  1. Filter first: Apply job title, industry, or location filters before bulk sending to ensure relevance
  2. Check quality: Review a few leads before sending all
  3. Use dedicated channels: Send to a channel your team monitors for leads
  4. Batch wisely: For very large result sets, consider sending in batches
