Last updated: 8 August 2026
The LinkDeal dashboard is where you find and manage leads. It is designed to be simple and fast, with everything you need visible on a single screen.
The search tabs
At the top of the dashboard, you will see two tabs:
Post Engagement
This is the default search mode. It finds people who have reacted to LinkedIn posts from a specific company domain (By Company) or posts containing certain keywords (By Keyword).
Post Engagement search is ideal when you:
- Know which companies your ideal customers follow
- Want to find people engaging with competitor content
- Have specific topics or keywords that indicate buying intent
ICP Search
This tab lets you describe your ideal customer in natural language. LinkDeal uses semantic search to find LinkedIn profiles matching your description.
ICP Search is ideal when you:
- Know the characteristics of your ideal customer but not specific companies
- Want to cast a wider net across industries
- Are exploring new market segments
The filters panel
Below the search tabs, you will find the filters panel. These filters help you narrow down results:
- Job title - autocomplete search for specific roles
- Industry - select from LinkedIn's industry taxonomy
- Location - filter by country
- Technology (Post Engagement only) - find people at companies using specific tools
Each filter has its own behaviour in different search modes. See the individual filter guides for details.
The credit estimate
Before running a search, you will see an estimate of how many credits the search will cost. This helps you plan your credit usage.
- Post Engagement searches cost 5 credits per post scanned
- ICP Search costs 5 credits flat
- Adding the technology filter adds 10 credits
The Find Leads button
Click this button to run your search. Results appear below in lead cards.
Lead cards
Each lead card shows:
- Profile picture and name
- Current job title and company
- The reaction type (for Post Engagement) or match quality (for ICP Search)
- Action buttons: Enrich, Recent Posts, Send to Slack
Click a lead's name to view their LinkedIn profile in a new tab.
The Slack webhook field
In the top right of the dashboard, you will see a field for your Slack webhook URL. Once configured, you can send leads directly to your Slack channel with one click. See Setting up Slack for the full guide.
History page
Click "History" in the navigation to view all your past searches. From here you can:
- Re-run previous searches
- Save searches for quick access
- View leads from past searches
