Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Subscription pausing is not available. You can cancel and reactivate later your data is preserved for 6 months.

What happens to my leads if I cancel?

Your leads and search history are preserved for 6 months. You can view them in read-only mode or export before your account is deleted.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Subscription credits are non-refundable. You can use remaining credits until your billing period ends.

How do I update my billing email?

Billing notifications go to your account email. Update your email in Settings to change where receipts are sent.

Managing your subscription

The Billing page is your central hub for managing your LinkDeal subscription. Here is everything you can do.

Accessing the Billing page

Click Billing in the main navigation to access your subscription management options.

What you see on the Billing page

Current plan

Shows your active plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro), monthly price, and credit allocation.

Trial status

If you are on a trial, shows days remaining and what happens when it ends.

Credit balance

Your current credit balance and when credits reset.

Payment method

Your card on file with options to update.

Changing your plan

Upgrading

Click Change Plan and select a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately:

You receive the new credit allocation
Your card is charged the prorated difference
Future billing continues at the new rate

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. You keep your current allocation until then.

Cancelling your subscription

Click Cancel Subscription to stop your plan:

You keep access until your current billing period ends
Remaining credits can be used until then
You will not be charged again
Your data is preserved for 6 months

To cancel, you must confirm by typing a confirmation word.

Reactivating after cancellation

If you cancelled but want to return:

Log in to your account
Go to Billing
Choose a plan
Your subscription restarts with a new billing cycle

Your historical data and search history are preserved.

Updating payment method

Click Update Card to change your payment method. You can update at any time, including:

Before trial ends
After a failed payment
To switch cards

Payment failures

If your card is declined:

You receive an email notification
You have 7 days to update your payment method
After 7 days, your subscription is paused
Update your card to reactivate

What happens to credits on cancellation

Remaining credits can be used until your billing period ends
Credits expire when your subscription ends
If you reactivate, you start with a fresh allocation
